These Terms govern access to and use of the XFACTOR COMMANDCENTER platform (the “Service”) operated by XFACTOR. By signing in you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Access.Accounts are provisioned by invitation or by your organization’s administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access is governed by the service agreement between XFACTOR and your organization.
Acceptable use.You agree to use the Service only for its intended supply-chain security, compliance, and assessment purposes, and not to attempt to breach, probe, or interfere with the platform or other tenants’ data. All activity is monitored and logged.
Your data. Data you upload remains yours. We process it to provide the Service under the Privacy Policy and your service agreement.
Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
The binding terms of your engagement are the signed service agreement between XFACTOR and your organization; this page summarizes platform-use terms and does not replace it.
