XFACTOR COMMANDCENTER
An HR office — the people-evidence desk.

For Human Resources

The people evidence you already
keep — turned into the platform's record.

HR carries the parts of the security profile that never sit still: hours of operation, who's temporary staff versus your own, and which agencies you trust to supply them. CommandCenter doesn't ask you to re-file any of that in a spreadsheet — it gives your department the one place that evidence lives, a real training record with certificates behind it, and a seat at the table when a mock validation asks your team to walk through it.

Your section of the Security Profile

Hours, staffing, and who supplies your temp labor

Every company's Security Profile has a section that belongs to HR and nobody else — your hours of operation, how many of your people are temporary or agency staff, and which staffing agencies supply them. Your total employee count isn't re-asked here; it's pulled straight from your company's own foundation record, so HR only ever fills in what only HR knows.

Every agency you add is its own row, not a headcount guess.Add one entry per staffing agency your company uses, and note whether that agency is certified. When an auditor or a US Customs officer asks who's actually on your floor and where they came from, the answer is already written down — by the department that actually knows it.

Your training record

A real curriculum, and a certificate behind every module

HR runs its own curriculum inside CommandCenter — not a borrowed module list from another department's training path. Every module your team completes earns a certificate on the same system every department runs on, tracked against your training record, not a side feature bolted on for HR alone.

Scored like every other department, on both axes at once.HR shows up on the Institution Ladder the same as Operations or IT — how much your people know, and how much the process carries without them — computed from the assessment, never hand-set. It's the same read /for/exec calls “the read no dashboard gives you,” applied to your own department.

Told straight: an individual HR certificate path is planned, not live yet.Our founder's original build plan includes an HR professional taking the whole HR curriculum as an individual — no company data collection, just the person — and earning a Supply Chain Security & Threat Awareness certificate worth putting on a resume. That plan is filed for her review; it is not something you can do inside CommandCenter today, and this page won't pretend otherwise.

When a mock validation runs

HR gets its own seat at the table

When CommandCenter rehearses a real government validation, HR isn't skipped over — your department gets its own scheduled interview, built to the same officer craft a real US Customs interviewer uses: the same question asked in a different framing to check for consistency, and cross-department checks so your answers and another department's answers have to agree. Evidence goes on the table; nobody is quizzed cold.

Told straight: the mock validation engine is C-TPAT today. If your company's program is C-TPAT, HR's rehearsal is real and live. Other programs are on the roadmap — this page won't claim content that doesn't exist yet for a program it doesn't cover.

Where it all ends up

The paperwork a labour report actually needs

The hours, staffing and agency records HR keeps land in the same Policies & Forms library and Document Tracker every other department uses — with corrective actions opened automatically when a gap shows up in your section, not left for someone to notice later.

XFACTOR VERIFIED is the easy button underneath your Bill S-211 report.VERIFIED is what generates the full Bill S-211 report — the Canadian law on forced and child labour in supply chains — and VERIFIED is offered as part of the CommandCenter platform. That's the mechanism at the platform level, the same claim made on /for/exec: not a guarantee of live data for every company today, but the depth of a standalone risk-assessment product, with the labour-practice evidence HR keeps sitting exactly where that report needs it.

The evidence HR already has, finally in one place.

One section of the Security Profile that's actually yours. One training record with certificates behind it. One seat at the table when it's time to prove it.
